Returns must be reported within 14 working days of receiving the product by email to:
After this period, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
The costs and risks associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

- In perfect condition
- In its original packaging, undamaged
- Unused
- With all accessories
Return shipping costs (and any customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
SYNE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the package.
Any package without clear customer identification (name, surname, address, and return code) will be refused.
An email confirmation will be sent as soon as the return is registered.
Exchanges
Please contact Syne first. Afterwards, you will need to return your items and place a new order with Syne. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
The order will be refunded once the package has been received and verified. The refund does not include delivery charges and will be processed within a maximum of 14 days via bank transfer to the account associated with the credit card in the customer's name.
Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the merchandise has been reduced because you have handled the product more than necessary.
